These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of titankennels.net (“the Site”), operated by Titan Kennels (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or submit content to this Site. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Pedigree Database — User-Submitted Content

The Site provides a pedigree database where registered users may submit, edit, and manage dog pedigree records (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to submit the information and any associated images.
• The content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
• The content does not promote, depict, or facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to animal fighting, abuse, or neglect.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and improving the Site and the pedigree database.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent pedigree information.
• Use the Site to promote, facilitate, or reference animal fighting or any form of animal cruelty.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Use the Site to send spam, bulk messages, or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, Site systems, or networks.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site not submitted by users — including but not limited to the site design, logo, graphics, software, and text — is the property of Titan Kennels and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

Pedigree records and dog information on this Site are provided by users and third-party sources. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any pedigree data, health records, or other information on the Site. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for breeding decisions, purchases, registration, or any other purpose.

7. No Endorsement

The listing of any dog, breeder, kennel, or organization on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Titan Kennels. We are not responsible for the quality, health, temperament, or lineage of any dog listed on this Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITAN KENNELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE;
• ANY USER CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
• RELIANCE ON PEDIGREE DATA, BREEDING INFORMATION, OR OTHER CONTENT ON THE SITE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Titan Kennels, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
